Colorado Fingerprinting for Employers and Licensing Agencies
Colorado Fingerprinting works with employers and licensing agencies for fingerprint processing with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI), fingerprint cards for non-CBI purposes (employment or licensure in other states, ATF, federal purposes, etc.), FBI background checks for security guards, adoption, legal name changes, living or working in other countries, Florida livescan processing and more.
How the CABS Program will Work:
Your applicants can choose to be fingerprinted at any of our convenient locations. We have over 50 locations throughout the State of Colorado and will continue to grow to accommodate your needs. Alternatively, a mobile on-site service can be set up at your location to address peak volume needs (on-site fee may apply).
Status Portal for HR Updates Available Now:
A significant advantage of the CABS program is the new online tools that your HR Administrators can use to enhance management of the employee fingerprinting process. Colorado Fingerprinting can provide all CBI clients with an online Status Portal that allows you to see at any time the status of:
- Registered Applicants – Applicants that have registered for fingerprinting.
- Appointment Details – Selected fingerprinting location and appointment day and time.
- Date Fingerprinted – Date the applicant was fingerprinted.
- Payment Method – View the payment status (i.e. applicant paid by credit card or used your billing account)
- Completion/Rejection Status – The status of the fingerprint within CBI (was the submission to CBI successful or rejected?)
Billing Account:
If you would like to be billed for the fees, please complete this billing form to establish a commercial billing account. Please complete the form and either scan and email it or take a picture and email it to the email address on the form. Once your billing account has been established, please instruct your applicants to provide your CBI Unique ID/Service Code as your billing code to be used as payment.
